Make sure you scan your computer for viruses. Depending on how often you use your computer, depends on how often you should scan your computer. If you use your computer daily and your on the internet daily, I would scan it frequently.
You can schedule your computer to automatically scan at a set time and frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). To do this, open up your Antivirus program and locate the SCAN section and there should be a SCHEDULE icon to click on and set this up. If you cannot locate it, please give us a call and we will try and help you.
It’s important that you leave your computer turned on during the scheduled scan time. If your computer is not on during this time, it will not scan. Therefore, schedule it at a time that you’re computer is most likely on.
You can still use your computer while it’s scanning. You may notice that it is a little slower, however, you can still use it.
